Information we collect

• Name
• email address
• phone number
• If you pay with PayPal, we additionally collect:
  • PayPal account id
  • PayPal account holder's email
  • PayPal account holder's name
  • PayPal account holder's country (presumably always 'US')
• If you pay with Square, we additionally collect:
  • expiration month/year, brand, and last 4 digits of your credit card (begrudgingly; we are working on filtering it out)
  • Square account id
  • Billing name and email as provided to square
• Our web server probably logs your IP address and browser information

How this information is used

The entered email address will be used to send a receipt with QR code. Name, email, and phone number are used to look up your order if you don't have the QR code receipt with you at pickup, or if the code cannot be scanned for any reason. Additionally, your email address may be used to announce the start of the Fish Fry season in the year following your order.

PayPal and Square account information is kept for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to deal with refunds and such. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Logged IP address / browser info is only used in site debugging, e.g. when providing support to a customer.

Is this information shared?

Your information is only used for the above stated purposes. We will not sell your information nor needlessly share it.

Additional notes

This site does not use cookies (except for session management for the volunteers working the day of the event). This site does not use web beacons. This site does not use 3rd party analytics or tracking. When checking out for an order, you will be redirected to the chosen payment processor; they have different policies.
