Troop Fish Fry Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order and you would like a partial or full refund, please email support@fishfryde.org. We would prefer to make your order right, so if you notice something off about your order before leaving, please notify one of the scouts or scout leaders at the event.

If you have placed an order but do not pick it up, we will consider the order to be a donation if you do not request a refund by emailing support@fishfryde.org before the 31st day after the event.

If you have placed an order and need to cancel it (e.g. you won't be able to make it to the event during the pickup window), please notify support@fishfryde.org at your earliest convenience. If we can cancel your order ahead of the event, we can avoid over-purchasing supplies, which in turn helps this fund raiser be more successful.
